Hi, we are Jen and Nicole, the creators of the MACH Movement™. We are currently following our dreams by dedicating our life’s work to Making A CHange in the world, one person at a time.

The MACH Movement™ is where we are all joining together to Make a CHange. It is a way for people to see all the different ways people are Making A CHange in the world, no matter how big or how small it is. We want to hear the stories, and experience projects that you are working on; or how someone else changed your life. We also wanted to start a positive trend, that would allow people to Make A CHange in someone’s life that they didn’t know. That’s when we came up with the idea of MACHnotes™. They are a way to Post-IT forward™. You can stick an inspirational note anywhere and help brighten a strangers day. Then after you find one, or make one, we want you to send it in, so we can share messages with each-other. We want to help people and make our planet a better place to live. By all of us working together we can create a positive chain reaction that can sweep the world, if we all start making a change one person at a time, and inspire others to do the same.

The Serendipity Factory was created to be a resource for encouragement and inspiration. I believe in collecting and sharing happy discoveries that make the world a brighter place: positive quotes & images, inspiring non-profit organizations & people making a difference. I have a feature called ‘Serendipity Projects’ that is similar to the MACHmovent. My Serendipity Projects are a combination of Guerilla Art and Random Acts of Kindness — basically using creativity to try and spread a little sunshine. I also have a section called Anti-Woe Wednesday where I share happy videos to help people combat the mid-week blues.”
