Getting more customers

How often do you think about getting more customers?

For most of us this is a question we ask ourselves and our bosses will ask us often. Where are the sales, what are you doing to get more customers?

Some years ago Patricia and I did this workshop, you’ll see the questions you can ask yourself to help you to get more sales. What we did at the end is that once you are really clear who they are.. not who you think they are.. we gave a 48hr guarantee you would find and attract the perfect customers to you.

You could look at this exercise if you are seeking a job as well.. it will help you to get clear of who they are.

Now, we come to the part where we need to learn how to communicate to our customers/clients. tThere are many personality tests out there that will tell you who you are, just perhaps not how you can communicate with someone who is NOT your best quadrant. There is the Meyer Briggs Test There is the NERIS Type Explorer How about the Quistic? They are all similar in testing your personality.

I recently attended the B.A.N.K class, it was learning about the different personalities and how to communicate with each one. I wondered if I knew this a few years ago, if I would still be married? It’s a question, that we both had different ways to communicate and if we understood each other better perhaps we would of communicated better. In this situation blaming another person and not willing to do your part in communicating better is not an excuse, it’s a shared responsibility.

If we are going to have more customers, we also need to understand and communicate better with whom we are speaking to.
