What or who makes a good Entrepreneur, is dependent upon your values, what is important to you and why do you want to be one.

success

There have been many studies of why people become one or want their own business. To truly understand why one would want to become one is sometimes just born out of necessity. Many people if they can’t find a job, will create their own self-employment by creating or selling their services to other people who have a need.

I’ve said “find a need and fill it,” along with many other leaders. However, sometimes there isn’t a need, it may something you are passionate about and that you really want to do it for altruist purposes. Simply to make a difference. What ever reason you decide to become an Entrepreneur or be self-employed just do it. Many of you will find success and some will find failure, don’t beat up on yourself because of it. In those moments of failure are your greatest gifts to change direction or take a shift.

Be willing to surrender and let go of whatever is not working. If you are pushing then stop and change the direction. Maybe you just need a pause.

An Entrepreneur is someone who is willing to create their dreams, serve others, make a profit and still support themselves financially. Listen to your gut or intuition to guide you. Don’t worry what other people tell you what to do, unless you have asked them for advice.

I ran across this article about the best kinds of people to hire, and inspire to help you grow your business, by Plus-32 support. It’s a 29 page Hiring-Managing-and-Motivating-the-different-personalitie…

They have some interesting information of which I am highlighting. Their study shows the A-type makes the best Entrepreneur. read more here.

A-type personality strong traits:
Patience, persistence, leadership capabilities, entrepreneur spirit, decisive, independent.
The A-type personality requires a development of a relationship, rather than a quick, fast relationship. They have a strong sense of loyalty and commitment and will easily turn problems into opportunities. They enjoy the challenge and play to win. Entrepreneurs with vision.

Once you decide, that’s a conscious decision that you want to start your own business, then go for it.

You can be successful!
