If you want to attract new clients, you’ll have to customize what you offer to each segment or vertical. For example if you want to reach out to realtors or other financial professionals, then you need to send them content that only pertains to them.
Create packages or programs that they are only interested in. A realtor that I know was looking for a coach to help her to stay focused on selling real estate. She signed up with a company, charged her thousands of dollars and then didn’t do anything. She still has to pay for the service she never got. Well I learned from that experience. Now she’s ready to have someone else guide her along. In her mind she wants a package.
A few weeks ago, I sat down with her, and a Business Coach that is in our networking group. He didn’t have and packages developed. As he was telling her it depends upon where you are and where you want to grow. She wasn’t satisfied or felt connected to him.
While looking on Meet-Up she found a group, that she joined, it turns out it is run, by another business coach. They sat down, and said, she could do his program for 30 days, if she liked it they would sign an agreement. This is what she is going to do.
Find out from them and tailor your content to who you want to attract and get more clients.
My focus has been about educating people about getting more referrals and sales. Some programs or ideas work for some people some won’t. It’s not to say what you are doing doesn’t work. You just need to keep doing what you are doing sometimes people will show up for you.
In the past couple of days I have had three people suggest and ask me to do some workshops. My friends just tell me – say Yes!
