Kindness Village is seeking land partners who want to be part of creating permanent, affordable housing rooted in dignity, stability, and community.
We believe land can do more than sit unused — it can become home.
What Is a Land Partner?
A land partner is an individual, organization, faith group, or public entity that has access to land and is interested in exploring how it could be used for a Kindness Village.
Land partnership does not require selling immediately.
We are open to creative, flexible approaches.
Types of Land Partnerships
We are open to exploring:
Land sale (traditional purchase)
Ground lease (long-term land lease)
Donation or discounted sale
Joint partnership or pilot project
Public or surplus land collaboration

Each opportunity is evaluated based on alignment, feasibility, and long-term sustainability.
What Kind of Land Works
We are looking for land that can support a small-home community, typically:
Approximately 6–10 acres for a 40-home village
Access to roads and basic infrastructure
Zoned or potentially zoned for residential use
Located near services, transit, or community resources
We are also open to:
Underutilized land
Faith-owned land
Public or institutional land
Edge-of-city or infill opportunities
