Hopeful days ahead in 2021, one of the many important things to remember is you have HOPE. Use hope for whatever you are struggling with now.
Remember to always have hope and optimism whenever your are facing difficulties. As Emily Dickinson wrote:
“Hope is a thing with feathers, that perches in the the soul. And sings a fine tune without the words. And never stops – at all.”
Today, December 31, 2020 is my last post of this year.. I also did a Podcast with Michelle E. Dickinson who is a passionate mental health advocate, a TED speaker, and a published author of a memoir entitled Breaking Into My Life. After years of playing the role of child caregiver, Michelle embarked on her own healing journey of self-discovery.
Hope is here for all of us! If we are suffering we need to reach out and ask for help, keep asking until we find the kind of help we want. Don’t give up. Listen in to our call.
The next week, take the time to reflect on what you want to have in your life, do, have and be in 2021. You don’t necessarily have to put together a whole list, some people do and some don’t. Do whatever feels right for you.
I do believe that in 2021 – we’ll manifest quicker – it’s a new energetic feel. Most of us have learned what is acceptable to us and what more of we want.. family, friends and keeping people closer to our hearts.
I would encourage you to reach out if you want new friends, need some professional support. It’s important that we are kinder to our own selves. When we are, then you’ll only have people who want to support you.
Hope used as a proverb it is human nature always to find fresh cause for optimism. As ‘hope springs eternal in the human breast’, from Alexander Pope’s An Essay on Man (1733).
Hope is the grounds for believing that something good may happen. It will.
In Closing, wishing you the very best for 2021!
