It’s easy to release and let go, of what doesn’t serve you. Rather than thinking of struggling, or feeling whatever, I decided to start say “It’s easy….”
What I got out of saying this, I just felt lighter and I released whatever wasn’t working for me on that day. Another saying is just surrender it..let God.
Whether you believe in God or not, you can just let the Universe or … take it off your hands.
Yesterday, we had the Create your Family Legacy…panel of five different speakers talking about what services they offer and how they can help people. The reason I put this together, was my friend died and he didn’t have any affairs or wishes written down. The only thing I knew was, where he wanted the cats to go, and where to put his ashes.
I said to him, the only way I can help you is for you to write it down, I quickly got a will made up and got it notarized. I certainly, don’t recommend doing this, it’s better to write your affairs in order.
As Ron Hori, said ” Life happens – when we are making other plans.“
Isn’t this a fact.. it’s easy to release…. have whatever want. Just remember this. It’s easy to sit down and write out your playbook of affairs.
Some questions you can ask yourself or of other people:
- What’s important to you?
- How can I support you?
- What are your personal goals?
- What are you willing to give up?
- What decisions do you need support or help in?
