Impactful Legacy Podcast started in 2019. The podcasts are for those who are creating a legacy for themselves and why. Introducing you to Kimberly Wiefling
It’s important that we ask Why!
Why am I doing what I am doing, what kind of impact will it create?
The people I have been interviewing, are Entrepreneurs and Leaders who are making a difference in their workplace. However, since April our workplaces have changed, it’s like they are more on Zoom than anywhere else.
When I wrote out what I do on my LinkedIn profile, I asked myself the other day, I am living up to it, or is it not big enough for me?
Yes, I want to make a difference – uplift humanity. Showing companies how to create an impactful legacy, but you know what? I am not really finding that managers, owners and leaders are that interested in creating an impactful legacy!
What can I do to expand or make my vision bigger?
After closing my pie biz temporarily, I started the Podcast.. then I thought, what’s next?
When I produced the Kindness Matters Conference in July 2020.. my why was to let people know that #kindnessmatters. Whether we are trying just to maintain our relationships with ourselves or with other people, with our co-workers or even our bosses. There is a certain amount of kindness and care that is needed to grow our relationships to be healthier for smooth sailing.
I still feel it’s key that we start with ourselves. Why? You have to know and love yourself more, understand your boundaries and really learn to Love yourself, before you can expect other people to love you or respect you.
Besides writing about health, well-being, knowing yourself.. I’ll be sharing the interviews that I have done.. If you feel called to be on my show, please make an appointment.
I would like to introduce you to Kimberly Wiefling helps organizations achieve what SEEMS impossible, but is merely difficult. How? By turning managers into leaders and groups of people into real teams through her unique “WorkShocks” – highly engaging, experiential, interactive “Learning Laboratories” where real change happens, leading to meaningful and measurable business results.
I’ve attended her WorkShock workshop it’s quite insightful. If you want to experience it for yourself she’s be presenting it at the Kindness@Work Conference January 26-28th, 2021. If you don’t want to wait to experience it for yourself, read out to her via her website.
She’s well known more overseas like Japan. She says, it’s a small island and they are learning better ways to work together and to break down the barriers of its people.
Until the next time.. #AlwaysBeKind, you never know who needs a smile, or a helping hand.
