Partner With Purpose

Kindness Village be a land partner who wants to be part of creating permanent, housing rooted in dignity, stability, and community.

We believe land can do more than sit unused — it can become home.

What Is a Land Partner?

A land partner is an individual, organization, faith group, or public entity that has access to land and is interested in exploring how it could be used for a Kindness Village.

Land partnership does not require selling immediately.

We are open to creative, flexible approaches.

Types of Land Partnerships

We are open to exploring:

  • Land sale (traditional purchase)

  • Ground lease (long-term land lease)

  • Donation or discounted sale

  • Joint partnership or pilot project

  • Public or surplus land collaboration

  • Hybrid models (impact financial return

Each opportunity is evaluated based on alignment, feasibility, and long-term sustainability.

What Kind of Land Works?

We are looking for land that can support a small-home community, typically:

  • Approximately 6–10 acres for a 40-home village

  • Access to roads and basic infrastructure

  • Zoned or potentially zoned for residential use

  • Located near services, transit, or community resources

We are also open to:

  • Underutilized land

  • Faith-owned land

  • Public or institutional land

  • Edge-of-city or infill opportunities

Why Partner with the Kindness Village

Land partners help make possible:

  • Permanent, stable housing

  • A replicable, community-based model

  • Thoughtful land stewardship

  • Positive social and local impact

Kindness Village is designed to be:

  • Financially responsible

  • Operationally realistic

  • Respectful of community character

  • Built to last

A Different Approach to having Land

Kindness Village is not a speculative development.

It is a long-term housing model designed to:

  • Keep homes in use for living, not short-term profit

  • Maintain affordability over time

  • Support community stability

We work collaboratively with partners to ensure alignment with local priorities and values.
