As a host you are showcasing your business as well as giving other Tweeters an opportunity to get to know you better. It’s about social networking, developing relationships with each other.
As a Host you will provide:
• Appetizers light snacks
• Beverages non-alcoholic
• Alcoholic beverages are optional and usually served are on a cash bar basis
• It’s optional is to provide a raffle prize – (not a partial discount) i.e. 10% off advertising
• Have a table made available for registration and prizes
If you would like to co-host an event or ask for potluck for your event, tweet about it and ask.
After every event, you will get an e-mail of people’s Twitter handles, so you can add them to your list. Meeting attendance has been at 20, this will increase as we grow.
We do a raffle fundraiser – $5.00 for eight tickets the money raised will go to a cause, those who purchase tickets will have a chance to win the prizes.
How will you know there is a Tweet Up?

We come up with mixer games; share Twitter tips to learn from each other and just have fun!
