Mastering your mind is learning how to stay focused on what goals or what you want your life to be about. Learn how to manifest prosperity, believe in your abundance and change your life by changing what your thoughts and actions are.

I know I get lost sometimes too, I have found that when I gather with a group of like-minded people, staying focused, and supporting each other in our wishes, dreams and or intentions more abundance shows up.

Mastering your mind is not just about controlling your thoughts; it’s about understanding and harnessing the power of your inner self. Developing this skill can lead to profound changes in your life, helping you achieve clarity, focus, and emotional resilience.

This is what I am thinking.. a group of us meeting 1x a week, go through 10 weeks of training our mind and thoughts while achieving our own goals. Adapting these steps to prosperity masterminding can provide a structured framework for individuals seeking financial success and personal growth.

Starting October 15, 2025.. (I’ll be traveling in September). This group will be an opportunity, to set BIG Hairy goals that we individually want to work on. We’ll meet online for a minimum of 12 weeks..that’s two months. If we like the results we can continue… this will be a pilot program..

Mastering your mind, includes

1. Your Environment, it’s not just what is physically around you but what you lend your energy to, what you are reading, your mental and emotional state. Who you are around, how long you are doing it.

2. Self-Care, You have to put yourself first. Alone time, journaling, physical activity, salt baths, under sun, bare feet on ground, fire, elements are clearing, sage, listening to music, spending quality time with people of who care about you.

3. Focus, what are you focused on? Is your mind focused on the negative or the positive? What are you grateful for?. What are you excited about? Do this first thing in the morning because you absorb energy during the night.
