Nicole J Phillips is a National Kindness Consultant and is a sought after speaker to share her expertise with corporations for using kindness to overcome work environment difficulties. She is the author of the books, Kindness is Contagious and Kindness is Courageous, host of The Kindness Podcast, writes a kindness story weekly for The Forum (newspaper in MN and ND), and shares kindness tips weekly on Faith Radio airing on 11 radio stations in the Midwest.
She has also been seen on Hallmark Home & Family Show, Good Morning San Diego, and The Morning Blend (Milwaukee, WI).
Nicole is a dynamic speaker who is blazing a new trail to crush the idea that kindness is just “some fluffy feeling” and share the power it has to create a more productive work environment. She has her Broadcast Journalism degree from the University of Wisconsin and has worked as a television anchor and reporter in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Madison, Wisconsin and Fargo, North Dakota. As Miss Wisconsin 1997, she spent the year touring the state talking to kids and adults about overcoming crisis.
Nicole lives in Aberdeen, South Dakota, has three children and is married to Northern State University Men’s Basketball Coach, Saul Phillips.
