No Vacancy, when it comes to the unhoused quite often there is no room anywhere, this includes shelters, long waiting lists for lower income housing.
There’s always someone asking what is the solution to end people being unhoused?
Housing! Not No Vacancy!!
There are many articles of what the government including local towns and cities can provide, the truth of the matter it’s a BIG business. Many of the cities don’t want to solve the housing crisis.
As the community to works thru these challenges, the leaders in the community needs to host Town Hall meetings to educate and come together to solve this crisis. As it is NOT a crime to be unhoused or it should be. It’s a crime when cities do not want to help or build affordable housing.

There is a Town Hall meeting this Friday, February 21st at Cedars Church in Newark, CA. 6:30pm.
