The focus for this group will be about supporting you. I just finished coaching a six month program that was for CEO’s who were ready to Thrive and grow. Lots of learning, challenges and breakthroughs. It was so great to see them celebrating at their graduation. Now the work begins again for them.

The right group, is filled with the right people which gives the power to immediately and significantly help you to grow your business. Many people before you have been a part of a Mastermind group sharing their experiences and prospering, by being able to share ideas and solve problems together.

A few years ago, I asked on LinkedIn, who would be interested in joining a Mastermind group?  There were 10 people who said yes. This group went for more than a year, it evenly dwindled down to the two of us. Overall, people got more value that they expected to get. Then again, whatever you put in is what you will get out.

What can a Mastermind Group do for your business?

When you collaborate with others, by coming together to either work on a project or to help you solve your most pressing problems or obstacles you are now facing.  You now have the support and the team will believe in you, until you believe in yourself. When you have the support that you need, a group of people who have your back, it just feels so great that you may feel that you can do anything!

So often we we lose a job or are ready to enter into starting your business, you will feel at some point, oh my God, what am I doing?

Not everyone survives without being supported by doing things yourself. You may be able to, however, it will be much slower process by doing it on your own.

When you are in a group of like-minded, success-focused, positive business professionals, there are infinite possibilities, creativity and resources to be shared. Oftentimes, we cannot see what’s missing in our own business. It’s extremely valuable to have someone else to point out your blind spots or offer you solutions you would not have thought of by yourself.

Here’s what will happen:

• We will have a meeting with you one on one to see what  would help you the most
• We’ll meet once a week on a conference call, likely zoom.
• You’ll have an opportunity to share who you are and what your challenges are
• What you want to get out of the group – 
• Seminars will be available on a relevant topic that you would like to know more about.
